What You'll Do

• Pack lip balm, personal care, and pharmaceutical products into display and shipping boxes.

• Count products accurately to ensure correct quantities are packed.

• Weigh cartons as needed to verify product counts and packaging standards.

• Conduct quality inspections, including:

• Label placement and accuracy

• Expiration date verification

• Detection of bubbles, defects, and misprints

• Keep up with production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency.

• Help ensure smooth production flow by working safely and consistently.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in packaging, packing, production, assembly, or manufacturing environments preferred.

• Comfortable performing general labor duties such as:

• Packing and labeling

• Inspection and quality control

• Palletizing and stacking

• Loading/unloading materials

• Picking and sorting products

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Addison, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.74 - $19.74/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
