EPIC Ambulatory Builder

Job Description

• Epic Ambulatory build and configuration
• SmartSet creation and optimization
• Build approved workflow changes
• Support enhancement requests
• Partner with Clinical Architects and operational leaders
• Participate in testing and validation
• Troubleshoot Epic configuration issues Assist with Epic release and optimization work

Skills and Requirements

• Epic Ambulatory Certified
• 5+ years of Epic Ambulatory build experience
• Strong SmartSet build and optimization experience
• Experience supporting Epic optimization initiatives
• Ability to troubleshoot workflow and system issues
• Knowledge of ambulatory clinical workflows
• Comfortable working within an established Epic team Strong documentation and change management skills
