You will build relationships with physician champions, nursing leadership, operational teams, quality organizations, and executive sponsors to accelerate adoption and program success.

  • You will define success measures, monitor clinical and operational performance, and lead business reviews that highlight outcomes, customer impact, and opportunities for continued improvement. • You have a strong knowledge of ambulatory cardiac monitoring, cardiac rhythm interpretation, arrhythmia management, and evidence-based clinical practice. You have experience leading multidisciplinary initiatives and collaborating with physicians, nursing, operations, information technology, and executive leadership.

  • You have exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence without direct authority. You can translate clinical expertise into measurable business value and manage multiple strategic customer initiatives.

  • Proficiency with electronic medical records, Microsoft Office applications, and business analytics tools.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is a field role.
