Job Description:

  • Aligns organizational practices with core values and mission and promotes ethical standards across the organization.

  • Supports community outreach initiatives.

  • Fosters a culture of compassion within the organization.

  • Develops and implements mission-supporting programs.

  • Provides training and education to staff on mission-related topics.

  • Engages with community partners to enhance collaboration.

  • Enhances community health through preventive care initiatives by organizing health fairs and workshops for community education and collaborating with local organizations to support community health.

  • Provides emotional and spiritual support to patients, families, and staff and offers counseling services to those in need.

  • Conducts religious services for spiritual nourishment, facilitates support groups for emotional and spiritual well-being and organizes spiritual activities to foster a sense of community.

  • 3+ experience in a ministry setting, preferably health care [Required]

Pay Range:

$95,867.20 - $178,339.20
