Full job description

About Ande We're a Series A startup building an AI-native platform that connects Enterprises and Hospitality across the entire booking experience, backed by top-tier investors including Lightspeed Venture Partners, Redpoint Ventures, Sierra Ventures, and Bain Capital, and led by a serial entrepreneur with offices in NYC and SF. We help companies turn every dinner, event, and offsite into something effortless to plan and a breeze to manage, plugging right into the tools they already use.

The Role We're looking for a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to own the experience for a major product area on our AI-powered enterprise platform. Our users plan, book, and manage corporate events, from a single dinner to a full program of corporate entertainment. You'll set the direction for how they get that work done.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end experience for a major product area on our enterprise platform, from problem framing through launch and iteration, and stay accountable for its quality over time

  • Design simple, AI-driven workflows for complex enterprise work, including where AI acts on its own, where it suggests, and where a person stays in control

  • Plan and run user sessions on your own, synthesize what you learn, and turn it into direction

  • Design for everyone who touches a workflow: the requester, the approver, the admin

  • Influence experience strategy beyond your own area. Spot cross-cutting patterns, name where the product is drifting, and make the case for fixing it

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations on roadmap and trade-off decisions

  • Steward and extend our design system, including the judgment call on when to follow a pattern and when to break it

What We're Looking For

  • 5–8 years of experience in UX or Product Design, with meaningful time in B2B, enterprise SaaS, or complex workflow-driven products

  • A portfolio of end-to-end initiatives you led and shipped, with clear evidence of the outcomes your work has driven

  • Excellent UX fundamentals and a repeatable way of imposing structure on undefined problems

  • Deep experience designing multi-step, multi-user processes with real operational complexity

  • A track record of simplifying complex enterprise workflows

  • Experience running your own user research, from recruiting and sessions through synthesis

  • The ability to build alignment across cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders

  • Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g. Figma, Claude Design, Claude Code) and comfort working at both strategic and tactical levels

  • Portfolio evidence of AI competency and experimentation, or a well-formed point of view on what separates good AI-powered products from bad ones

Bonus Points

  • A shipped AI-powered product

  • Experience as an early or founding designer at a startup

  • Experience with event planning or event management software, or in travel, expense management, fintech, or adjacent enterprise platforms

  • Experience designing for marketplaces

  • Experience designing for iOS native mobile

  • Front-end literacy. You can read the code, prototype in it, or at minimum reason in components and systems
