Adheres to current Kaleida policies and standards of practice. Education And CredentialsCompletion of masters, post-masters or doctorate NP program accredited by CCNE or ACEN required. Current active RN and NP license in NYS required. National NP certification required for *Internal hire: Required upon transfer into new position External hire: Required at the time of application. Current BLS, ACLS required. DEA or DEA eligible required. AND Agreement from appropriate physician to enter into a collaborative agreement required.
