EssentialFunctions: - Reliableandpunctualattendance - Manages,trainsandleadsallengineersonproject - Coordinateswiththesuperintendenttodeveloptheprojectscheduleincludingequipmentandmaterialrequirements - PreparesprojectbudgetandcostreportingdatawiththeapprovalofthePM - Processshopdrawings,submittals,andexpeditematerialdeliveries - Prepareconstructiondrawingsdewatering,excavation,form,lift,line,erection,other - Estimateandprocessallchangeordersandrequestsforinformation - AssisttheProjectManagementandEstimatingteamwithbuy-outandwritingofpurchaseordersandsubcontracts - Accumulateallnecessarydata,recordingofquantities,preparationofrequireddocumentationandfollow-uptoensurepaymentpercontract AdditionalRequirements: Followinganinterviewandjoboffer,candidatesmustpassapre-employmentphysicalanddrugscreenandprovideI-9documentation,whichwillbeprocessedthroughE-Verify.SomeEbyclientsmayalsorequirebackgroundchecksbeforeallowingworkersontheirprojects.
