Full job description

You will support the project management, employee engagement, and plan design activities associated with the Deloitte US Firms Wealth Accumulation (retirement) program, consisting of 401(k) savings and profit sharing defined contribution plans and defined benefit cash balance pension plans. You will report to the Manager by supporting the implementation of plan changes and technology transformation, designing and executing program communication strategy, overseeing vendor performance, and executing deliverables associated with the Firm's Retirement Committee.

Work you'll do

As a Specialist, Total Rewards Wealth Accumulation Program on the Total Rewards team, you will be responsible for

  • Leading and supporting project management activities across the Wealth Accumulation team including developing project plans, managing stakeholders, updating documentation, and reporting progress to leaders.

  • Coordinating the development and delivery of program communications and education, including managing content through leadership and risk reviews, identifying the appropriate target audience, and tracking effectiveness and feedback.

  • Supporting the Manager through Firm special projects which may include technology and workforce transformations, automation of vendor platforms, process documentation and improvements, and other special projects as requested by Total Rewards leaders.

  • Partnering with and influencing internal stakeholders to drive deliverables to completion.

  • Evaluating system defects, identifying impacted populations and executing correction activities as assigned by Total Rewards leadership.

  • Supporting Retirement Committee by formatting meeting materials, sharing your screen during the meeting, tracking meeting notes and action items, creating content and managing vendor attendance and deliverables.

  • Preparing reports, presentations and research using statistical and narrative data for communication and presentation to management.

  • Analyzing plan data for leadership dashboards, high risk processing controls, and overall process improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in benefits related project management, data analysis, defined contribution retirement plans, defined benefit pension plans, a combination of these areas or related experience

  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams

  • Experience analyzing large data sets

  • Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting Retirement Committee or Board of Director's activities

  • Experience managing deliverables and performing job responsibilities in a virtual environment

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $69,400 - $127,900.
