This role equips families with practical workforce skills, tracks participant engagement and progress, and contributes to improved job placement outcomes. Design and deliver interactive workshops covering resume writing, interview preparation, workplace etiquette, career planning, and employment retention strategies. Foster a supportive and motivating learning environment for W-2 participants. Track participant attendance, engagement, and progress toward employment goals. Collaborate with FEPs and employment services staff to align workshop content with participant needs. Provide individualized feedback and coaching to participants as needed. Maintain accurate records of workshop participation and outcomes. Stay current on workforce trends and integrate relevant content into the workshop curriculum. Uphold confidentiality and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and program regulations.Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in workforce development, adult education, or career services. Strong presentation and facilitation skills. Ability to engage with diverse audiences...
