HR Business Partner Global GTM

HR Business Partner Global GTM (New York, NY). Duties: Serve as primary HR partner to Global Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership; advise executives and leaders on organizational design, headcount planning, succession planning, workforce strategy. Requirements: Bachelors, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related. 5 years experience in Human Resources, to include some solid experience in each of the following: serving as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leadership; supporting technology-driven or revenue-generating organizations; designing and implementing performance management processes; leading annual compensation planning cycles; advising managers on employee relations and employment law matters; conducting behavioral interviews and supporting senior-level recruitment; supporting organizational design and workforce planning initiatives; operating in multi-site or international workforce environments; utilizing data-driven tools to support HR decision-making; mentoring or managing HR team members or cross-functional stakeholders. Salary: $190,000 to $225,000 /yr.
