SUMMARY: The Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Temporary position for approximately 3 weeks (during Thanksgiving and Christmas week). Then will be placed at another site or moved to a flex officer position. MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: 18 years of age or older. High School Diploma or GED required. Above average computer / technology skills needed. Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus. Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed. Must be able to work independently. Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations. Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift. Must have a professional demeanor. Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation. All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. Must have a strong professional appearance.
