Responsibilities The CRE Credit Officer is a senior-level credit professional responsible for maintaining a high-quality commercial loan portfolio. As an expert in credit underwriting, this individual will assess, structure, and approve complex credit transactions while ensuring adherence to the bank's risk policies and regulatory standards. While most Credit Officers will be individual contributors, some may have leadership responsibilities. Reporting to a Senior Credit Officer, this role collaborates closely with Commercial Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers to support business growth while managing risk effectively. We are an in-office working environment with offices for this role at 8750 W. Bryn Mawr, Chicago (close to Rosemont and the Cumberland stop of the blue line), Lincoln Park, Milwaukee Huron building, Madison WI Capital Square, Minneapolis St Paul MN, and Nashville TN / Gulch area. Salary Range The salary range for this position is $108,200/yr - $218,900/yr plus bonus.
