Medical Office Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse

We are also seeking an experienced Medical Office Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse to support the introduction and continued growth of an exciting new service line. Key responsibilities may include: • Supporting providers with patient intake and clinical workflow • Obtaining and documenting medical histories, vital signs, and other patient information • Preparing treatment rooms and assisting with procedures within the employee's training and authorized scope • Coordinating appointments, follow-up care, and patient communications • Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records • Following HIPAA, OSHA, infection-control, and workplace safety standards • Assisting with supplies, inventory, and the day-to-day coordination of the new service line • Providing a compassionate, professional, and positive patient experience Medical office or clinical experience. LPN applicants must hold a current, unrestricted Ohio nursing license.
