Description
The Director, Executive Recruitment & Talent Management, Corporate Functions will play a critical role in building leadership capability across the enterprise, with a primary focus on executive recruitment for Corporate Functions and supporting broader talent management initiatives.
This individual will lead end-to-end executive search activity for Vice President roles (as well as some key critical roles which may be at ED level) across Corporate Functions, while also partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify, assess, develop, and mobilize internal talent. This person will support the VP Global Talent Management on select SVP+ roles in corporate functions as needed.
The role combines external executive talent acquisition, internal talent brokerage, succession planning support, and leadership development activities to help ensure a strong pipeline of diverse, future-ready leaders. The Director will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, leveraging talent insights to facilitate both external hiring and internal talent movement in support of business strategy and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Recruitment (60%)

Lead executive recruitment globally across Corporate Functions, including Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Corporate Affairs, Strategy, and other enterprise functions.

Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to define talent needs and develop search strategies.

Build and maintain external executive talent pipelines for critical leadership capabilities.

Conduct talent market mapping, benchmarking, succession-gap analysis, and competitive talent intelligence.

Manage executive search firms and external recruiting partners.

Leverage AI-enabled sourcing tools and market insights to enhance candidate quality and search outcomes.
-
Deliver a high-quality candidate experience and represent the company brand effectively.

Present candidate assessments and recommendations to senior leadership.
Talent Planning & Internal Mobility (20%)
-
Support enterprise and functional talent planning processes.

Partner with HR Business Partners to identify high-potential and successor talent.

Facilitate talent reviews, succession discussions, and calibration processes in partnership with regional Talent Leads and global HRBPs.

Serve as an internal talent broker, connecting talent planning outcomes with career opportunities.

Build relationships with high-potential Director, Executive Director, and Vice President talent to understand aspirations and mobility interests.

Support leadership development, internal movement, succession readiness, and pipeline strength.
Executive Talent Development (10%)

Conduct career and succession discussions with identified talent.

Advise leaders on career pathways and development opportunities.

Partner with Learning & Development and Talent COEs to address leadership capability gaps.

Support talent council actions and development planning.
Strategic Talent Projects (10%)

Lead or contribute to strategic talent initiatives supporting the Global Talent agenda.

Support succession planning, leadership assessment, executive onboarding, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness efforts.

Contribute to talent analytics, process improvement, and future capability planning.
Qualifications
Required
-
10+ years of progressive experience in executive search, executive recruitment, talent management, succession planning, HR business partnering, or leadership development.

Significant experience recruiting senior leaders and executives.
-
Proven success partnering with senior executives and HR leaders.
-
Experience managing complex, global searches across multiple business functions.
-
Strong project management, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Preferred

Experience across both executive search and internal talent management.

Combination of retained executive search firm and in-house talent acquisition experience.

Experience facilitating talent reviews and succession planning discussions.
