Supervisor General Maintenance

Location: Geisinger Shamokin Area Community Hospital (GSACH) Shift: Days (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Worker Type: Regular Exemption Status: No Job Summary: Supervises department personnel and oversees the building and grounds maintenance and repair of all systems and equipment within the clinics. Job Duties:

• Proactively meets with and creates partnership with operations managers in order to coordinate optimal template designs, ensure appropriate maintenance and answer questions and solutions including system template standards.
• Works closely with scheduling designates assigned to each department assuring that schedules are built to reflect documented scheduling guidelines.
• Attends specialty departmental meetings to ensure alignment of templates to operations and educate operational personnel on Geisinger template standards and processes.

As the Supervisor of General Maintenance at Geisinger Shamokin Area Community Hospital, you'll oversee the people, systems, and processes that support a world-class healthcare environment.

Hours for this position are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

From managing preventive maintenance programs to supervising building and grounds operations, you'll play a key role in ensuring our facilities remain safe, functional, and ready to serve our communities every day.
