Your future role at a glance

  • Location : Wichita, KS

  • Facility : Via Christi Bayley

  • Department : Revenue Cycle Management

  • Schedule : Day Shift | Full-Time, 40 hours weekly, Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm

How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Analyze public and private insurance policies to secure accurate, optimal payments that sustain our patient care mission.

  • Investigate denied or disputed claims to uncover root causes, recommending smarter workflows that prevent future delays.

  • Empower our internal staff by serving as the go-to expert, providing clear coaching and training on proper coding and reimbursement guidelines.

  • Partner seamlessly with external agencies and internal teams to navigate third-party audits with transparency and confidence.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Additional Preferences:

  • Insurance follow up experience highly preferable

  • Knowledge of filing appeals with insurance companies
