Location: Indianapolis, IN
The salary range for this role is from $70,000 to $75,000 , plus a $500.00 per month vehicle allowance. The compensation range may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, and applicable skills.
What You’ll Do
As a District Manager , you will be responsible for leading a large, diverse portfolio, overseeing multiple sites and mobile teams while strengthening the business through strong client relationships and strategic portfolio management. This position plays a key role in supporting clients across the broader region by ensuring effective day-to-day operations, making sound decisions, prioritizing resources, and driving long-term growth and profitability, with a particular focus on heavy scheduling and route mapping for mobile operations. The ideal candidate is driven, self-reliant, and results-oriented, with hands-on operational experience and a proven track record of managing sizable portfolios, optimizing mobile routes and schedules, elevating team performance, enhancing profitability, and consistently delivering exceptional service and results for clients.

Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention

Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, account managers, and field teams.

Oversee daily operations, including efficient scheduling, route mapping, and resource allocation.

Manage district financial performance, including full P&L responsibility

Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
-
Perform other related duties as required
Who you are

Previous experience in route mapping is a huge plus

Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience

3+ years of multi-unit operational oversight

Proficiency in understanding and managing P&L statements

Strong operational, leadership, and organizational skills

Excellent client interfacing

Demonstrated history of delivering excellent customer service

Valid driver's license with clean driving record
