Assembly and Packaging (Entry Level)
Company: Quality Archery Designs
Location: Madison Heights, VA (On‑site)
Pay: $15-$17/hour
Employment Type: Full‑Time, First Shift

As an Assembler on our production team, you'll play a vital role in crafting high‑quality, performance‑driven products that archers around the world rely on.
Responsibilities

Assemble & Package: Follow detailed work instructions to assemble, inspect and package archery components.

Meet Production Goals: Achieve daily and weekly production targets while maintaining strict quality standards.

Hands-On Work: Lift and maneuver parts and bins, operate basic hand tools, and work safely and efficiently on the production floor.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for minor process improvements and communicate feedback with your team.

Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized workstation that complies with all safety guidelines.
Qualifications

Entry-Level Talent: No previous manufacturing experience required—just a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

Small Parts Assembly: Previous experience assembling small parts is a plus.

Physical Ability: Ability to independently lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Detail-Oriented: Ability to follow step-by-step processes accurately while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Team Player: Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Safety Focused: Commitment to following all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
