Description

HR Operations & Workday Administration Manage position creation, modifications, and position management requests within Workday. Serve as an active position planner and execute mass data uploads utilizing Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB). Generate, schedule, analyze, and distribute standard and ad hoc Workday reports. Provide workforce analytics, headcount reporting, and HR operational metrics to HR Generalists and HR Business Partners. Support leadership transitions by tracking and reporting on newly hired and promoted people leaders. Monitor weekly participant and employee data reporting to ensure proper system alignment and data integrity. Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, audit documentation, and compliance-related reporting. Employee Relations & Investigative Support Partner with HR Generalists to draft and review corrective actions, written warnings, and performance improvement documentation. Support investigations related to timekeeping, attendance, and potential time theft. Analyze badge swipe records, timecard data, GPS information, and other supporting documentation to develop objective findings. Serve as a resource to employees and managers regarding company policies, procedures, and HR guidelines. Assist with case management activities, ensuring employee relations issues and action items are resolved in a timely manner. Talent, Leadership & Offboarding Support Conduct exit interviews with employees across North America and identify key themes and trends. Compile and present exit interview findings and workforce insights to HR leadership. Support leadership coaching initiatives by preparing materials and assisting with manager development activities. Partner with HR Generalists to enhance team effectiveness and organizational performance.

Required Qualifications 2-4+ years of progressive Human Resources experience. Experience supporting multi-site, multi-state, or regional employee populations. Hands-on experience with Workday, including: Reporting and analytics Position management processes Data maintenance and mass data uploads (EIB preferred) Experience drafting corrective actions, written warnings, and performance documentation. Experience conducting employee investigations, including attendance and timekeeping reviews. Strong understanding of HR policies, employee relations practices, and compliance requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with sensitive matters. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: Pivot Tables VLOOKUPs Data analysis and reporting Preferred Qualifications Experience with Workday and/or UKG. HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR. Experience supporting commercial, sales, or field-based organizations. Experience working in a fast-paced, regional HR environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $31.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
