Our client is in the middle of hiring and the talent acquisition team is trying to catch up to the volume that comes with it. This recruiter will step into that volume and run full cycle searches end to end: sourcing, screening, selling candidates on the opportunity, and staying close through the offer. The mix of roles will shift depending on what the business needs that week.

This role calls for someone who has already worked as a senior recruiter in a corporate environment and does not need to be walked through a full req cycle.

Core tools and technologies:

LinkedIn Recruiter (full seat) or LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, depending on seat availability at the time

SmartRecruiters as the internal applicant tracking system

Comfort running salary negotiations within a structured pay grade and range system

Preferred:

Experience recruiting for retail banking, member service, or similarly high volume frontline roles

Exposure to IT or technical recruiting

Background in agency recruiting, which has translated well to a more proactive sourcing style on this team

Experience training, mentoring, or helping build out a recruiting function

This is a Contract position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
