Full job description

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health contract in Canton, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity to join a patient-focused team while making a meaningful impact in the community.

Job Details

  • Coverage Area: Carroll County, Stark County, Mahoning County, Tusc County, Wayne County

  • Contract Length: Three-month contract, possibility of an extension

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • On-Call Requirement: One week and weekend per month

  • Pay Rate: $53.00 - $55.90 per hour, mileage reimbursement

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing services in patients' homes throughout the assigned coverage area

  • Manage patient caseloads and coordinate ongoing care

  • Complete comprehensive patient assessments and documentation

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and disease management

  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities

Requirements

  • Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • Home Health experience required

  • Strong case management experience

  • Ability to work independently in the field

  • Reliable transportation for local travel

  • Strong assessment and documentation skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) documentation

  • Strong care coordination and case management skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

  • Experience managing a home-based patient population

Additional Information

  • Required Certification: Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in OH

  • Dress Code: Scrubs - Navy Blue or Black

Pay Details: $53.00 to $55.90 per hour
