The Opportunity

The Group Policy Administration Analyst is responsible for collaborating with internal and external partners to design, develop, and deliver innovative enrollment and reenrollment communications, including the creation and maintenance of kits and automated document solutions for Executive Benefits customers across the US. This is an exciting opportunity to partner across teams to deliver high-impact enrollment and reenrollment communications, leveraging data, technology, and process innovation to enhance the customer experience for Executive Benefits clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to manage communication projects, align expectations, and provide status updates through final delivery.
  • Analyze and transform data from multiple systems to produce accurate, customer-specific documents that meet branding standards.
  • Audit documents against source data to ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Create and fulfill enrollment materials and document requests across paper and digital formats.
  • Execute reports, queries, and troubleshooting activities to support business needs and resolve partner/customer issues.
  • Support operational excellence by applying service guidelines, educating partners, recommending process improvements, and assisting with special projects.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of progressive business experience, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint, including formulas and document formatting.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and experience using AI-enabled tools.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Analytical problem-solver with the ability to streamline and simplify complex processes.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage high-volume workloads independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven collaboration, problem-solving, and partnership skills across teams.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and virtual communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of MetLife group products, including plan designs and product features.
  • Self-motivated learner committed to professional development and business knowledge growth.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, and Visual Basic coding in Word documents.

Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.

The expected salary range for this position is $41,600 - $55,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
