Job Description

Lukach Interiors Inc., seeks full-time Production Manager in Clifton, NJ. Direct and coordinate woodworking manufacturing operations; review production schedules, staffing, inventory, and work assignments to meet production goals and delivery schedules; coordinate installation personnel regarding installation timelines and issues; oversee cutting, machining, assembly, finishing, and related shop activities; monitor quality standards for raw materials, work in process, and finished products; review installation progress reports and feedback to verify conformity with project standards; resolve production, equipment, scheduling, and personnel issues; implement procedures to improve workflow, productivity, and cost control; coordinate equipment maintenance and repair; analyze production and labor data to improve operational efficiency; supervise, train, and evaluate employees; ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company operating standards. Requires Bachelor’s degree and 24 months of experience as Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Plant Manager, or related management occupation in wood product manufacturing.
