Join a leading aerospace manufacturer assembling aircraft seating systems used on commercial, business, and military aircraft. What You'll Do - Assemble aircraft seating components and subassemblies according to work instructions and blueprints. - Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and assembly equipment. - Inspect parts for proper fit and quality. - Gather materials and components needed for production. - Package finished products as required. - Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives. - Follow all safety, quality, and workplace procedures. - Work overtime as needed to support production schedules. Required Qualifications - High school diploma or GED. - Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools. - Ability to read and understand English. - Basic computer and math skills. - Ability to read blueprints with guidance. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day. - Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Preferred Skills & Qualifications - Previous assembly or manufacturing experience. - Experience with aerospace, automotive, or mechanical assembly. - Familiarity with aircraft fasteners, rivets, bolts, and hardware. - Experience reading blueprints or technical drawings. - Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
