[]{teams="true"} Craft and Technical Solutions is an established Marine and Industrial Staffing Company with offices nationwide. Currently, we are looking for Sprayers and Painters in Brownsville, TX. Description: - Thoroughly clean and prepare surfaces before applying coatings. - Apply various coatings using brushes, rollers, sprayers, or other application tools. - Mix paints and coatings to achieve desired color, texture, and viscosity that meet industry standards and regulations for marine application. - Inspect surfaces for proper preparation before applying coatings. - Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety protocols. - Maintain detailed records of work, including coatings used, surface preparation methods, and any relevant observations or recommendations for future maintenance. Requirements: - Painting experience required. - Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. - Candidates must be available to work overtime, weekends, and varying shifts as required. - Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks such as lifting heavy equipment and working in various positions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - OSHA10 Construction Certification CTS offers a comprehensive benefit packet to eligible employees.
