Compensation Range : $120,000- $130,000
Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and the specific location of the role. Actual pay may differ depending on these factors.

Job Description
What You Will Do
-
Provide practical legal guidance on commercial contracts, including group business agreements and vendor and supplier agreements.
-
Support litigation and claims involving general liability, workers’ compensation, third-party subpoenas, and insurance coverage matters.

Advise on workforce-related legal risk, including employment agreements, workplace safety, contract labor, and other employment matters requiring attorney review.

Develop and maintain legal playbooks, templates, checklists, guidelines, and other resources that promote consistent and scalable practices.

Identify opportunities to improve legal processes and collaborate with Legal Operations and other departments to implement practical solutions.

Support additional legal matters and responsibilities necessary to advance the priorities of the organization.
What We Are Looking For
-
Private-practice experience: At least two years of experience working in private practice.
-
Legal-industry experience: Five or more years of legal experience is preferred.

Education: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Licensure: Active admission to the bar in at least one U.S. state.

Technology proficiency: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Business-oriented judgment: The ability to translate legal requirements into clear, practical, and scalable guidance.

Collaboration: A demonstrated ability to partner effectively with business leaders, Legal Operations, HR, and other organizational stakeholders.

Travel: Ability to travel up to 15%.

Work environment: Ability to perform work that requires extended periods at a computer.
