As AI reshapes education, we are preparing students for the future by ensuring our digital assessments remain secure, meaningful, and reflective of the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in an AI-enabled world. At the heart of this strategic work, we are a collaborative group of product leaders, strategists, and innovators reimagining how digital assessments are delivered and experienced. Our work spans the full product lifecycle, from discovery and design to delivery and continuous improvement. We partner across the organization to ensure every solution we build improves outcomes for students, educators, and institutions. Every year, our platform delivers assessments to millions of students worldwide, providing opportunities that shape futures and open doors. Together, we are transforming College Board's trusted assessment platform into a next-generation digital assessment experience that is secure, user-centered, and built to evolve with the future of learning and assessment. About the Opportunity As the Senior Product Manager, Digital Assessment Experience, you are a strategic, user-centered product leader who brings curiosity, creativity, and a deep commitment to improving how students and educators experience digital learning and assessment. You lead a core, end user-facing experience within College Board's digital assessment platform, shaping how students, educators, and institutions engage with the tools that enable secure, accessible, and meaningful assessment at scale. You bridge user insights, business priorities, and technical delivery to ensure every experience is intuitive, reliable, and built for the future. You blend strategic innovation with delivery excellence, shaping priorities through user research, data, and platform strategy while owning the usability, accessibility, and long-term evolution of your product area. You are accountable for delivering experiences that are both user-centered and scalable, advancing College Board's mission to expand educational opportunity through secure, engaging digital assessments. In this role, you will: Define and Drive Product Strategy and Roadmap (30%) Establish and maintain a clear strategy and roadmap for your product area that drives measurable improvements in student and educator experiences while aligning with College Board's broader digital strategy. Use data, research, and feedback to identify and prioritize opportunities that deliver the highest-value outcomes for users. Lead user discovery and experimentation to uncover unmet needs, test new concepts, and validate product hypotheses before scaling. Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to enhance usability, streamline workflows, and personalize learning and assessment experiences. Align cross-functional teams and stakeholders around your roadmap so that delivery is cohesive, evidence-based, and outcome-driven. Lead Iterative Product Development (50%) Translate product goals and strategy into a clear, iterative set of experiments and a delivery plan that delivers measurable improvements in the experience of users. Define clear hypotheses and measurable success criteria so that requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with both technology and business needs. Lead experimentation and rapid learning cycles with end users so that insights from early prototypes and pilots are validated before scaling and inform long-term product direction. Continuously refine priorities and the delivery plan based on data, research, and performance metrics so that each iteration advances usability and reliability. Collaborate daily with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to shorten feedback loops, accelerate delivery, resolve dependencies, and ensure critical features are intuitive and perform reliably at scale.
