Vehicle Photographer

Description

We are looking for a dependable Vehicle Photographer to support operations in SeaTac, WA through a Contract assignment. This position focuses on documenting vehicle condition at intake by producing clear, consistent images that meet established quality expectations. The ideal candidate is attentive, organized, and comfortable working both outdoors and around a fast-moving vehicle processing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Record the condition of incoming vehicles by taking complete photo sets as each unit arrives.

• Capture sharp, well-framed images of exterior panels, interior areas, and any visible damage or notable features.

• Review each image for lighting, clarity, and completeness before final submission.

• Upload and organize photos quickly and accurately in line with site procedures and documentation standards.

• Maintain an efficient pace to help keep vehicle intake activities moving on schedule.

• Follow instructions carefully while supporting administrative tasks tied to intake documentation when needed.

• Assist with basic clerical work such as scanning records and handling related office support duties as assigned.

Requirements • Ability to remain on your feet, walk frequently, and work outside for extended periods.

• Strong observational skills with close attention to visual detail.

• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and the ability to follow established procedures.

• Comfort using a phone, camera, or similar device to create and submit digital images.

• Basic administrative or office support skills, including document scanning and general clerical tasks.

• Clear communication skills for answering inbound calls or supporting front-desk style tasks when needed.
