Job Description:Manage Unix operating systems and hardware across various platforms. Ability to handle production changes while coordinating with the necessary stakeholders.Conduct research on new products related to fault monitoring.Build, test, and maintain network fault monitoring systems. Develop self-healing automation with engineering teams, write test plans, execute tests, and document results in network tools and engineering platforms.Interact with users and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.Certify new product models and versions, and obtain approval for use within the bank through all required governance processes.Assist with audit deliverables for the network toolset.Work with vendors to enhance their tools and meet new customer and security requirements.Refresh or upgrade existing toolsets as they reach end-of-life (EOL), end-of-support (EOS), or become non-permitted within the bank.Develop integrations for various network tools.Lead disaster recovery exercises for various network tools.Provide break-fix support for the network toolset

This is a hybrid role in Chandler, AZ and will require 3 days per week at the client site.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with IBM Netcool Operations Insight and AIOps platform.

• High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of systems and networking concepts.

• Experience deploying Netcool Omnibus, Netcool Impact, Network Manager, Probes, Gateways, and Cognos Analytics in high availability environments.

• Experience deploying Topology Manager, Runbook Automation, and CNEA components on the Red Hat OpenShift container platform.Experience deploying various probes and gateways in high availability environments.

• Experience developing custom probe rules.

• Experience configuring network discovery across multi region environments.

• Experience configuring custom AOC files and custom network views.

• Experience designing and developing custom Cognos reports.

• Experience developing Netcool Impact custom policies and ObjectServer triggers to integrate with third party systems.
