Frontend Software Development Engineer III Overview / Summary
We are seeking a Frontend Software Development Engineer III to develop and maintain the front-end/client-side of web applications and, when applicable, mobile or mobile-responsive applications. This role is responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces and user experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-friendly, high-quality software solutions.
This is a hybrid position requiring 4 days onsite per week.
Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their use cases, pain points, and requirements, while advocating for user-centric software solutions.

Solve complex problems by designing, developing, and delivering solutions using various tools, languages, frameworks, and technologies.

Follow architecture guidelines to support a unified and consistent approach to development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, back-end developers, and architects.

Create mock-ups and prototypes to visualize new features.

Participate in user interface design reviews and product demonstrations.

Perform functional automated testing and UI testing to ensure quality development.

Continuously improve application performance by fixing bugs and optimizing applications.

Implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Apply programming practices such as cross-browser compatibility testing, SEO principles, and accessibility standards.

Design, develop, and deliver user-friendly, interactive experiences using enterprise brand standards and templates.

Develop front-end solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or advanced frameworks such as React and Angular.

Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in user interface design.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree.
-
6+ years of experience in IT.
-
4+ years of development experience.
-
Practical experience in two coding languages or advanced practical experience in one coding language.

Experience with Python.

Experience with databases.
-
Experience with Artificial Intelligence and Expert Systems.

Ability to work onsite 4 days per week in a hybrid work environment.
