Job Description:

• Develops and implements professional development strategies aligned with the Dynamic Learning Community strategy.

• Leads project teams to execute organizational learning initiatives and programs.

• Builds and nurtures alliances with external training providers and educational institutions.

• Analyzes learning needs and supports regional teams in addressing skill gaps.

• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of current practices in learning science.

• Acts as a strategic partner to drive organizational change through learning initiatives.

• Establishes and monitors educational program goals and outcomes.

• Conducts needs assessments to identify learning and development requirements.

• Develops and curates learning programs and resources to support career pathways.

• Creates metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives.

• Provides feedback and recommendations to leaders to improve learning strategies.

• Collaborates with senior management to design and deliver learning solutions.

• Provides strategic consulting to enhance learning and development efforts.

• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge and demonstrated experience for learning in healthcare [Required]

• Support the analysis of workforce data to identify opportunities to optimize organizational learning and development [Required]

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills [Required]

• Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, and Teams [Required]

• Executive-level presentation skills/facilitation skills [Required]

• Detail-oriented, excellent planning and organization skills, strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. [Required]

• Adept at establishing partnerships and building relationships. [Required]

• Ability to think strategically and critically in developing practical solutions [Required]

• Knowledge of change management best practices [Required]

Education:

• Bachelor's [Required]

• Master's [Preferred]

Field of Study:

• Degree in Learning, Organizational Development, Education, Business, Healthcare, or Related Field

Work Experience:

• 5+ of professional experience in education or learning/training related field, with emphasis on career development, learning program management, talent development, organizational development; experience with using technology to add to the educational experience [Required]

Licenses and Certifications:

• Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) [Preferred] OR • Project Management Professional (PMP) [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$73,507.20 - $136,739.20
