Responsibilities General Responsibilities: This position is responsible for overseeing the workflow of group of plans assigned; communicating with clients; preparation of 5500 and ERISA reports and conducting compliance testing for plans assigned; maintaining proficiency in regulatory developments.Essential Duties: * Collect and edit census data from clients via electronic media * Prepare year-end asset review and reconciliation on plan's assets * Perform contribution calculations for clients * Perform plan specific testing (ADP/ACP; Top Heavy; New Comparability, etc.) * Determine eligibility and update accounts for employees of client * Update vesting on daily val platform where applicable * Prepare and assist client in the filing of yearly tax return for Plan (5500, 5330, etc.) * Provide client with annual or quarterly valuation report and employee statements * Provide Distribution Coordinator pertinent information regarding distributions from plan (including loans, hardships, and RMD's) * Consult with client in regards to plan design (make recommendations for changes, etc.) * Consult with client on any questions or concerns (daily phone calls, emails, etc.) * Provide Plan's broker/agent information for regularly scheduled Annual Plan Review meetings * Provide eResources necessary information in regards to plan amendments and annual employee notices * Peer review of other Plan Consultant's annual administration reports and testing * Maintain workflow database at least weeklyAncillary Duties: As an integral member of the organization, this position is also responsible to provide assistance wherever necessary to help the department and the Company in achieving their goals. Qualifications * Education/Training:B.S.
