Full job description

WHAT ON EARTH IS DECIEM?

We are a collective of disrupters and doers, of creatives and scientists, with a mission to reimagine the world of beauty.

Since inception, our vertically integrated structure, including our own laboratories, manufacturing, retail stores, and brand infrastructure, have enabled us to rapidly identify opportunities and deliver quality. Home to The Ordinary, NIOD, AVESTAN, and other emerging brands, our goal is to create with purpose. We were founded on the principle of doing everything that others don’t. Because normal gets you nowhere.

We are DECIEM, The Abnormal Beauty Company.

We are growing rapidly and we’re looking for someone who shares this vision and wants to grow with us!

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The Associate Manager, Brand - Americas supports regional campaigns, launches, paid media, content adaptation, calendars, activations, and performance reporting across the United States, Canada, and LATAM. The role contributes to products, processes, and standards with measurable impact to achieve targets and service standards; receives supervision and guidance on non-routine issues and new situations; resolves vaguely defined and difficult problems through complete and accurate analysis; interacts with its own and other departments to explain and clarify information; applies general knowledge of industry practices and standards, experience in business practices, and deep knowledge of Brand Marketing; and may coordinate defined work without formal people-management accountability.

This is a hybrid position, based 3 days on-site in our NYC Office .

WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

  • Contribute to the execution of regional brand and marketing initiatives across the United States, Canada, and LATAM by supporting campaign planning, product launches, paid media programs, activations, and regional brand-calendar management.

  • Coordinate go-to-market deliverables, including timelines, asset requests, content requirements, localization needs, campaign inputs, approvals, owners, and follow-up across internal and external partners.

  • Contribute to the adaptation of approved global campaigns, content, and messaging for regional use across digital channels, visual merchandising, retailer.com, paid media, and localized market executions.

  • Support regional pop-up activations, events, and other consumer-facing programs through planning, on-site execution, vendor coordination, and cross-functional follow-through.

  • Interact with Brand, Creative, Partnerships, Communications, Education, Digital, agency, and other internal and external partners to explain and clarify project requirements, campaign updates, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.

  • Coordinate regional projects and workstreams using approved project-management tools, maintaining clear ownership, accurate status information, and visibility of dependencies and launch readiness.

  • Develop complete and accurate monthly performance recaps, quarterly global updates, event recaps, and campaign and launch analyses to support regional planning discussions and cross-functional alignment.

  • Consolidate campaign, media, launch, event, retailer, and other available performance information to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended follow-up actions.

  • Conduct competitive reviews and monitor skincare, consumer, channel, and cultural trends to provide actionable inputs for regional brand planning and execution.

  • Contribute to improvements in established trackers, templates, briefs, workflows, and project handoffs to improve consistency, visibility, timeliness, and execution quality.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience in brand marketing, regional marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related business discipline.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in brand, marketing, digital, or related functions, preferably within beauty, skincare, or other consumer-led categories.

  • Experience supporting campaign execution, launch planning, content adaptation, asset coordination, or paid media/program management in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines simultaneously.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain and clarify information across functions and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
