Summary:

Designs, developments, implements, and supports analytics and reporting to meet the data decision needs.

Utilizes multiple databases and systems to develop interactive dashboards, analyzes and reports innovative representations of data by using business intelligence related technology.

Creates and maintains up to date analytic plans and specifications for all analyses.

Analyzes report content and consolidates/transforms data into interactive dashboards.

Comfortable to work with large data sets, transform data into dashboards, and interpret data to solve complex problems.

Can write queries and can translate data/information into a use-friendly dashboard, ppt or report that can be used to communicate with leadership and cross-functional departments that work with the health plan
Minimum Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:

Bachelors Healthcare, Business, Information Technology or related and 2 years Data Analysis, Database Management or Computer related.

OR Associates Healthcare, Business, Information Technology or related and 4 years Data Analysis, Database Management or Computer related.

OR HS Graduate or Equivalent GED and 7 years Data Analysis, Database Management or Computer related.

Must have at least 1 year of SQL experience

1 year of experience in a health care setting utilizing data analyst experience
Requires a strong ability to work collaboratively and independently. Understands and has experience with data warehouses, business analytics platforms, and database platforms.

Location: Park Place
Status: Full Time, Exempt: Yes
Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Weekend Work: Occasional
On Call: No
