The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of banquet experience.

• Flexibility to work days, evenings and graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining clean, organized, and presentable banquet and event spaces.

• Ability to set up, arrange, and break down banquet rooms, meeting spaces, tables, chairs, and other event equipment according to event specifications.

• Ability to transport furniture, equipment, linens, and supplies while ensuring proper storage and organization.

• Commitment to following hotel cleanliness, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

• Strong time management, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift heavy items throughout the shift while performing physically demanding tasks.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special

• Prepare banquet space with care: Complete table and chair set up according to the requirements for each function

• Ensure a clean and inviting space: Clean and prep banquet rooms, ensuring all walls and surfaces are spotless

• Monitor the room: Keep the banquet area clean, and promptly address spills, discarded service items, and other issues to ensure an exceptional guest experience
