Senior Business Systems Analyst - Digital Platforms (Adobe/AEM)

About the Opportunity

We're partnering with a leading technology organization to hire a Senior Business Systems Analyst who will play a key role in modernizing and enhancing enterprise digital platforms. This individual will help drive a major Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) upgrade initiative while supporting broader digital experience, content management, and enterprise web platform initiatives.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys translating business needs into scalable technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders, and improving how digital experiences are delivered across an enterprise environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead requirements gathering and stakeholder discovery sessions across business and technical teams

• Analyze and optimize business processes, workflows, and digital platform capabilities

• Support a major Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform modernization effort

• Translate business objectives into functional, technical, integration, and data requirements

• Create documentation including:

• Business requirements

• Functional specifications

• User stories

• Process maps

• Workflow diagrams

• Acceptance criteria

• Integration documentation

• Partner with product owners, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise solutions

• Support CMS platforms, web applications, APIs, integrations, and digital experience technologies

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and roadmap planning

• Support testing, implementations, releases, and post-production activities

• Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-enabled digital experiences and automation opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience

• Experience supporting Content Management Systems (CMS), digital platforms, enterprise web applications, or customer-facing websites

• Strong requirements gathering and process analysis experience

• Experience documenting complex business and technical requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership

• Working knowledge of:

• JavaScript

• HTML

• CSS

• APIs

• Cloud-based environments

• Experience supporting system integrations

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field

• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience

• Adobe Experience Cloud, AEP, CDP, or related Adobe technologies

• Headless CMS experience

• Salesforce or SAP integration experience

• ServiceNow experience

• Marketing technology ecosystem experience

• API-first or Node.js application experience

• AI-powered chatbot or conversational AI experience

• Agile/Scrum experience

• Enterprise search and content discovery platform experience

• Experience with Visio, Lucidchart, Workfront, and related tools

This is a Permanent position based out of East Los Angeles, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $140000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
