Associate AI Engineer

What you will do at Sogeti:

• Design,configure, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

• Developconversational experiences, prompts, and workflows to support business usecases.

• IntegrateAI agents with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, SharePoint,Teams, and other enterprise systems.

• Assistin gathering and documenting business requirements for AI solutions.

• Performtesting, troubleshooting, and validation of AI agent responses andfunctionality.

• Monitoragent performance and recommend improvements for accuracy, usability, andadoption.

• Supportprompt engineering and AI model optimization activities.

• Createtechnical documentation, user guides, and deployment materials.

• Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to ensure secure and compliant AIimplementations.

What you will bring:

• 1-3years of experience in software development, automation, AI, or relatedtechnical roles.

• Understandingof AI, machine learning, and generative AI concepts

• Familiaritywith Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, or Azure services.

• Knowledgeof SQL and data querying techniques.

• Experienceworking with REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations.

• Experiencewith scripting language like Python is preferred

• Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellentcommunication and teamwork abilities.

Education:

• Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
