Job Description: This position supports the aerospace warehouse operations to ensure it meets and exceeds customer service and quality objectives. Employee assists with the inspector's development and maintains and assesses quality metrics alignment with the companies and business objectives. This position supports the implementation of training activities and provides operational support. Employee is responsible for quality performance metrics and ensuring service processes and procedures align with business objectives, including gathering quality performance trend data and determining improvement areas where appropriate. This position develops monthly performance goals. Employee tracks and evaluates service objectives. This position may supervise and train others.

Responsibilities: Gathers necessary quality data and assists with data analysis to develop work measurement methodologies. Conducts audits as needed to identify areas or processes that are out of compliance. Identifies and records non-compliance exceptions, reviews records and works with operations management to develop action plans that address all non-compliance exceptions. Verifies implemented changes. Develops reports and maintains reference documents. Managing a group of inspectors to achieve daily and weekly tasks. Support Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) Able to work in high paced environments with high quality expectations

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field - Preferred Strong skills with Microsoft Office Applications: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Willing to work flexible shifts hours and possibly weekends Ability to travel Must have experience supervising employees Experience in quality inspections and quality mindset is preferred Great written and verbal communication Strong Quality Management System (QMS) background
