Who We’re Looking For: Join our global Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a strong focus on senior sales recruitment. You will be responsible for attracting and hiring top commercial talent, from Enterprise Account Executives through VP-level sales leadership, and partnering closely with senior sales leaders across our global organization. As you’ll be working with teams and candidates across different time zones, this role requires flexibility in your working schedule, with more calls and interviews taking place in the morning hours. The role is based in Ukraine or Poland. Team Composition: Head of Talent Acquisition, Global Sales; team of 11 Recruiters and 2 Sourcers. Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and closing
- Own recruitment for senior sales roles, from Enterprise Account Executives through VP-level positions
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of high-performing sales and commercial talent across multiple markets
- Partner closely with senior sales leaders to define hiring profiles, selection criteria, and recruitment strategies
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels
- Deliver a strong candidate experience, particularly when engaging senior-level talent
- Track recruitment data and provide visibility into pipelines, market insights, and hiring progress
- Identify opportunities to improve sourcing approaches and recruitment processes
Requirements:
- 2+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience, with a strong focus on sales and commercial hiring
- Proven experience recruiting Enterprise Account Executives and senior sales professionals; exposure to Director or VP-level searches is highly preferred
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with experience engaging passive senior-level candidates
- Experience hiring across international markets
- Ability to partner effectively with senior sales leaders and act as a trusted recruitment partner
- Flexibility with working hours, including availability for calls and interviews during morning hours
- Hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Full professional proficiency in English
