This role will develop a full understanding of the market needs in the packaging segments and develop the winning value propositions. The Senior Marketing Manager will responsible for understanding current and future trends for innovation to ensure ongoing marketplace advantage. The role will be responsible for establishing growth targets based on market dynamics, such as customer penetration, and develop short and long-term plans to deliver on these targets. Responsible for position and promotion of market solutions within industry through trade shows, trade associations and other external promotion.
