Full job description

  • Establish and maintain accounting procedures to accurately reflect up-to-date balance of each individual budget code within the budget of Turbeville Correctional Institution.
  • Assist in monitoring of petty cash and special funds.
  • Develop file systems for all incoming and outgoing budget materials, (requisitions, vouchers, data printouts reports and records.
  • Responsible for preparing requisitions for all supplies and materials required for operations of Turbeville Correctional Institution.
  • Responsible for inmate pin number requests.
  • Establish and maintain effective and workable payment procedures to ensure that each inmate receives correct pay in a timely manner.
