Accounts Payable (AP): Review, code, and enter vendor invoices into Jobscope. Prepare check runs and petty cash payments. Accounts Receivable (AR): Generate client invoices, post incoming customer payments, and track past-due accounts. Check deposit to Bank in person. Reconciliations: Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly. Resolve discrepancies quickly. Data Entry: Enter financial data accurately into Jobscope and spreadsheets. Record Keeping: Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for receipts, bills, and reports. Update vacation & sick leave record for all employees. Prepare MS Office files as per needed. Month-End Support: Assist the finance team with month-end closing tasks and audit document preparation.
