Heavy Equipment Lube Field Technician

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Lube Field Technician. Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful parts professionals. Primary Responsibilities: 1. Operating and maintain all types of earthmoving and construction equipment 2. Prioritizing customer satisfaction 3. Independently and successfully diagnosing and repairing equipment 4. Focusing on preventive maintenance work 5. As a Field Mechanic you are required to work in an industrial environment which includes exposure to significant environmental conditions Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications: 1. Must have 3-5 years of relevant working experience 2. Graduate of a technical school, military school, or relevant working experience acceptable to the company. 3. Knowledge of diesel engines 4. Knowledge of hydraulics 5. Electronically savvy 6. Intermediate computer skills 7. Strong written and verbal communication skills 8. Overall stamina 9. Sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing 10. Carrying, grasping, reaching, stooping, and crouching, listening, and speaking 11. Must have good motor coordination skills 12. Coordination of eyes, hands, and feet 13. Verbal intelligence, and numerical intelligence 14. Must be able to lift 50 pounds 15.
