This position will liaison with all plant technical roles to support machine startups with new and repaired molds, protocol validation processing, and to assist in corrective actions, and/or improving process/tooling issues. In addition, the Process Engineer will hold the responsibility for process optimization and recommendations for mold modification to new tooling to meet dimensional and visual specifications. The Process Engineer is responsible for documenting and communicating best practices throughout each manufacturing operation, working closely with the plant process technicians and quality engineers.
