Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and solve challenging engineering problems 5. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications 1. Experience with medical device product development and compliance with IEC 60601-1 safety standards. 2. Knowledge of EMC/EMI compliance testing, switched-mode power supplies (SMPS), pulsed power systems, and electronic ballast design. 3. Familiarity with Six Sigma, reliability engineering methodologies, and design-for-quality best practices. Work Environment This position combines engineering design work with hands-on laboratory testing and prototype development. The role is primarily desk-based (50-75%) with occasional travel and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Why Join Us? 1. Develop innovative technology that directly impacts patient outcomes 2. Work on complex challenges involving embedded systems, power electronics, and medical device design 3. Collaborate with a highly skilled multidisciplinary engineering team 4.
