Lead daily kitchen operations, including ordering, food quality, and production. Partner with the GM on food and labor costs, and spend 70-75% of your time cooking, coaching, and leading a team of 6 employees.

• ServSafe certification and solid working knowledge of HACCP principles to ensure food safety and compliance.

• Education Requirement: Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
