Overview

Responsible for independently working on learning systems, training delivery and program improvement activities. The role manages LMS enhancements, troubleshooting and integrations to support effective training operations. The role partners with business leaders to assess needs and translate skill gaps into targeted learning plans. The role coordinates delivery schedules, monitors performance and addresses risks. The role develops dashboards and reports that highlight effectiveness, trends and improvement areas. The role supports audits, budget awareness and updates that strengthen training quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Work independently on administration of learning systems and architecture, resolve complex system issues, implement updates and support integrations with other enterprise platforms

  • Translate operational needs into training enhancements and support alignment between training and workforce capability needs. Monitor effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance learning outcomes

  • Track development and maintenance of learning pathways and competency frameworks, ensuring alignment with job roles and career progression. Assist in structuring programs to support skill development and organizational goals

  • Act as a subject matter resource for system capabilities, and partner with business and HR stakeholders to align learning systems with organizational needs and maximize LMS utilization

  • Maintain training budgets by tracking costs associated with development and delivery. Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization

  • Assess periodic reviews of learning processes and technologies and collect feedback from learners, instructors and stakeholders, to identify gaps and implement updates

  • Validate structured training needs assessments by partnering with business leaders to identify skill gaps, operational challenges and future capability requirements. Translate findings into targeted learning solutions and actionable training plans

  • Build reporting dashboards that track learning effectiveness. Analyze data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities to support data-driven decision-making

  • Manage medium-scale learning projects, including defining scope, developing schedules, coordinating resources and communicating progress to stakeholders

  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Complies with all policies and standards

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any other related discipline is required.

  2. 5+ years relevant experience in learning systems management, enterprise systems architecture or a related field. Industry experience is preferred.
