As an AI Business Solutions (ABS) Segment Go To Market Manager (GTMM), you drive business health and execution across priority Operating Units (OU) to achieve revenue, usage and share goals. You support OU Plans based on business priorities while surfacing field, customer and partner insights and challenges to guide strategy.

This strategic position drives execution excellence with the field and flexes across Operating Units and business priorities where additional Go To Market (GTM) focus can accelerate execution and business outcomes. • Connected Sales & Marketing: Partner across Product, Program, CMO, partner and cross-SE&O teams to execute integrated GTM and marketing strategies and comprehensive solution plays. Maximize pipeline impact through effective customer targeting, follow-up and execution, connecting activities across the customer lifecycle.

  • Business Insights & Market Intelligence: Bring together field, customer, partner, seller, and market insights to identify opportunities, emerging trends and execution gaps. Translate insights into actionable recommendations that strengthen programs, solution plays and GTM motions.

  • Ask & Escalation Management: Manage the Americas ABS Ask process by capturing, triaging and tracking field asks, blockers and escalations; coordinating across Segment, Product and Program teams; routing validated asks to the appropriate owners and channels; and maintaining visibility to actions and resolution. Apply learnings from field asks to identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve GTM execution.

  • Microsoft Values, Culture & Leadership Principles: Model Microsoft culture and core leadership principles to deliver success. Adopt Copilot and modern ways of working to simplify processes, improve productivity and enable greater business impact.

Accountabilities

  • Enable Priority OUs to Achieve Targets: Support performance across revenue, consumption, usage, business health, pipeline health and market share.
