Full job description
JOB DESCRIPTION: Monroe County Community College has a full-time Adult Learner Engagement Coordinator position open. The person in this position will coordinate campus and community activities to build awareness and develop community relationships to recruit potential adult learners, represent Monroe County Community College at community events, and ensure that the voices and needs of our adult learners are heard and reflected in college resources and activities. The Adult Learner Engagement Coordinator develops, implements and supports events and activities designed to cultivate a community of support, engaging potential adult learners within the target neighborhood and demographic. Under the supervision of the Director of Enrollment Management, the Adult Learner Engagement Coordinator is a collaborative services role focused on the daily operation and implementation of community outreach, events and activities, and adult learner connection for identified current and prospective students. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree - Strong presentation skills
