Assembler - 1st & 2nd Shift Available

We are currently hiring Assemblers for a growing manufacturing team. If you have assembly experience, enjoy working with your hands, and are looking for a stable opportunity with room to grow, apply today!

Location : Buffalo Grove, IL

Pay:

• 1st Shift: $18.00 - $21.25/hr

• Monday-Friday, 5:45 AM - 2:00 PM

• 2nd Shift: $19.00 - $22.25/hr

• Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 2+ years of assembly experience preferred

• Experience using hand and power tools

• Ability to read assembly diagrams, schematics, or blueprints

• Basic computer skills

• Strong attention to detail and quality

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions and blueprints

• Safely operate tools, equipment, and manufacturing processes

• Perform quality checks and ensure products meet specifications

• Maintain accurate production, inventory, and quality records

• Support safety, cleanliness, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

• Assist with training and support other team members as needed

• Strong communication skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently or on a team

• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo Grove, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
